Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I registered for the event but don't know how to attend. I got an email confirming my registration but no further instructions. What should I do?

A: All enrollees will receive a follow up email a day or two before the date of the event with instructions on how to participate. This will be sent to the email address entered when you registered. If you do not get these instructions 24 hours before the event, please contact aetkin@liebertpub.com

Q: What do I need to attend the live event? Do I need some type of computer video camera? Special software?

A: All you need to attend is an internet connection and a separate phone line. The visual presentation will occur via the web while the audio portion will be delivered through a standard phone line. See below for system requirements.

Q: I'm behind a network firewall. Can I still attend without any technical problems?

A: We use technology which allows users behind a firewall to attend with no difficulties.

Q: Other people in my company are interested in attending. Can more then one person attend?

A: Sure! In fact, we encourage this! One onsite registration may be shared within one location. The usual setup has one person registering for the event and a group attending in a conference room type setting. The audio is provided via a speakerphone which all can listen to and each attendee has their own workstation or a projector is used to display the visual presentation for all to see.

Q: I cannot attend the live event or I registered but missed the presentation. Am I out of luck?

A: Not at all! Our events are recorded and made available to all registrants after the live event is over. You may view the event just as it occured. The only exception is that while you will hear the live Q&A session which took place, obviously you cannot participate in this.
